Assigned as a Cleaning & Waste Manager for AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar 2024 tournament planning and delivery from March 2024 to May 2024. As the Cleaning & Waste Manager at Al Thumama Stadium from June 2023 to February 2024, efectively coordinated and implemented cleaning and waste management operations for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 tournament. Successfully managed the execution of tournament operations assignment for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 as the Site Manager - Cleaning & Waste responsible for Cleaning & Waste Management Operation at Al Thumama, spanning from August 2022 to January 2023. Participated in cross-functional meetings and facilitated cleaning and waste management resource allocation as per operational requirements. Coordinate and integrate cleaning and waste services for Host Country, developing scopes of work and service level agreements matched to stakeholder requirements for service delivery across multiple sites. Develop and monitor a detailed project plan to track progress. Developing comprehensive Cleaning & Waste Management plan, policies, procedures and reports for all assigned projects. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Technical and Commercial evaluation for cleaning service tender & contract management. Efectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring that service providers deliver services that meet set SLAs and KPIs. Provide input on project planning and administration matters. Ensuring that facilities are cleaned and prepared for the operational needs of functional areas. Collaborate with external service providers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with waste disposal regulations and standards, while also ensuring adherence to local regulations and align with the FIFA sustainability policies of the host country.
• Supervising shared service staffs in daily housekeeping in the provision of cleaning, waste management, pest control services & planning their shift.
• Enforces and apply client safety measures among all subordinates and contractors in the work place and environment throughout the venue.
• Maintaining and monitoring different types of modern cleaning machines, equipments and chemicals.
• Carry out spot checks of equipment and chemicals to be deployed in the service delivery to ensure they meet operational requirements and legislative requirements
• Identify training needs, conducts training to the shared service staffs and keeps record.
• Updating and follow-up daily maintenance service work order with maintenance department.
• Inspect the cleaning quality of the shared service in exhibition halls, meeting room, theatre, auditoriums, VIP lounge, landscaping, offices & general public areas of the venue.
