The group of education institutes, in Punjab, with a legacy of 15+ yrs of offering education and consisting of 2 schools under the CBSE Board and 8 colleges into higher education. It has recently been awarded the nod to become a Private University, during my tenure . The Group needed the following specific activities to be accomplished for them which has been achieved as per contract.
Achievements :
• Established a JV from MOU to setting up and running of RIMT HAMSTECH College of Fashion & Interior Design w.e.f Academic session 2015-2015
• Launched logo standardization, usage and understanding of its use across Group
• Streamlining financial policy, process and systems on handling Branding and Business Development Budget planning, operations, administration and execution
• Establishing a uniform process of operations in Branding & Business Development activities across group colleges
• Establishing a spirit in team building work ethics and mentoring at various internal stakeholders in the organization
