Section Wise Costing & MIS of all the stores in UAE.
Responsible for month End Reports like
1. Pay Roll Variance
2. Head Count Report
3. Gratuity Balance
4. Leave Balance
5. HR-MIS Variance
6. Visa Cost Balance
7. Air Ticket Balance
8. Vacancy Reports (Existing stores & New Projects)
9. Staff Accommodation Occupancy
10. Employee Insurance Billing
Preparation of data for Increments, Promotions, Transfers, Attrition.
Preparation of Final Settlements (EOSS).
Timely disbursement of leave salary for employees.
Tracking of absconders.
Recruitment:-
Responsible for Junior Level Positions Recruitment. (Walk-in drives, Skype, Telephonic)
Supporting section Manager for timely deployment for staff against the existing vacancies and new projects in UAE.
Coordination with the PR Team for Visa Application against the Quota available.
Coordination with Corporate Office for the recruitment of overseas applicants.
Daily Administration:-
Grievance Handling / Disciplinary Issues
Control over uniform and stationery issuance.
Checking & approving the reimbursements of Visa related / other expenses documents.
HR Petty cash control.
Employee Engagement activities.
Accommodation Visit / Store Visit (Audit)
Ramco ESS & MSS Support.
Negotiation /Coordination / Evaluation /Contract finalization with supplier (Staff Transport / Uniform / Stationery / Packer Service)
Online Advertising & Database search across various Job Portals.
Maintaining a healthy pipeline against the open positions.
Searching and Scrutinizing the Resumes on regular basis.
Assist, supervise and motivating a team of two member whenever required and helping them in query resolution.
Taking accurate job descriptions from clients and matching qualified candidates in all technical areas.
Conducting telephonic Interviews with candidates to assess their inter-personal & technical skills, counseling the Candidates, Line-up the candidates.
Ensuring sending of accurate numbers of quality candidate profiles to the client company and maintaining the database regarding the same and taking initiative to follow up for candidates selection.
Scheduling round of interviews for the short listed candidates.
Follow-up with the candidates to ensure that the candidates once confirmed, join the organization.
Ensuring that all openings are closed at the earliest.
Choosing the right candidate for the right job.
Managing Complete Recruitment Cycle.
Coordinate with the HR consultancies in India, Nepal and Srilanka to get all type of labours
Proper Coordination with PRO and Consultancies regarding the VISA processing.
Online ticketing for the employees to reach Doha.
Preparing offer letters & employment contracts.
Conducting Induction and orientation programme for the new employees.
Timesheet preparation and Payment collection.
Payroll for 250+ staff
Salary disbursement as per timesheet for supply staff.
Grievance redressal of employees.
Proper settlement of exiting employees(EOSS).
Keeping the records of all employees.
