Lead coordination with clients, technical teams, sub-consultants, estimators, planners and senior management to prepare competent and qualitative proposals.

D. Review tender documents, client’s requirements and plan bid submission process.
E. Communicate all required relevant information (legal/commercial/ sub-contracts etc.) to all teams.
F. Prepare estimation / bid preparation strategy and brief scope to design leads in kick-off meeting.
G. Set target deadlines for inputs for bids and prepare project execution methodology.
H. Prepare technical solution/smart project execution methodology as part of bid documents.
I. Initiate, organize and participate in required commercial, legal and bid review processes.
J. Calculate risk scores, prepare bid approval forms and obtain required management approvals.
