• Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
• Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer technical inquiries
• Partner with Technical Support team members on various strategic projects when needed
• Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status.
• Creating and developing devices, sensors and software
• Researching, creating, testing and documenting Iot solutions
• Have experience in with I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, TTL and analog device interfacing
• Have experience with Arduino, Raspberry, ESP12F and ESP32 or other IoT platforms.
• Evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality
• Installation of Fuel Control System in Mobile diesel tankers and stationary units (which includes laying the cable with ATEX conduit under the tanker, connections of Fuel control system with the battery and GPS tracker).
• Installation of RFID chip tags on Fuel tanks and integrate with the Fuel control system for Asset authentication
• Manufacturing of RFID nozzle readers along with RFID modules likewise ENOC.
• End to end installation and configuration of Teltonika 2G, 3G and 4G GPS units in moving vehicles such as cars, Trucks, buses etc.
• Designing and manufacturing PCB’s for Fuel control system along with auto relays.
• Installation of CCTV and setting up DVR in moving vehicles, offices and homes.
• Understanding of LC, TCS flow meter and Capacitive Fuel level sensors.
• Manufacturing & Assembling the Fuel control system with ATEX housing
• Managing the emergency services and troubleshooting the onsite system issues
• Support sales presentations at prospect locations and provide updates to sales force database
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Create and manage the project plan using MS Project.
* Ensure that all the projects are delivered on-time, with in scope and within budget
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
* Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate
verification techniques
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as bill of material, product design
documents, submitting tender proposals for electrical & IoT solutions such as BMS systems, Industry
4.0 systems, Home & office automation, Power monitoring systems & Environment monitoring
systems
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
* Supervising the team of 5 - 7 technicians to install the BMS systems in malls, corporate offices and houses.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Meet with clients to take detailed ordering brief and clarify specific requirements of each project
* Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
*Develop project dashboards, presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to
document needs
Lead assigned embedded hardware design projects comprising of various E&D teamwork
independently with minimal supervision.
* Define & develop hardware requirements for the projects working with internal /external
customers.
* Create, Review & Approve detail design documents, schematic, simulations, bill of materials, test
plans & test reports.
* Estimate, plan and schedule project assignments, direct and supervise teamefforts.
* Conduct & lead design reviews, take actions to improve product quality, contribute to Intellectual
Property creation & protection.
* Integrating the Iot sensors such as flame, dust, ultrasonic, Radar, motion, moisture sensors etc.
with the Iot platforms.
* Designing schematics, PCB’s and CAD designs for the customized products.
* Installation of non-invasive Level sensors in Gen-sets and moving vehicles fuel tanks.
* Installation of Agricultural Iot solutions along with the Solar PV set.
* Customizing the IoT products as per the customer’s need.
* Deep understanding of ELV products along the Industrial grade sensors.
* Creating electrical diagrams for the 3 and single phase Power IoT monitoring unit installations.
Design PCB’s, Bill of material and Prototypes for the enhanced system
* Power Electrical Connections diagrams such as Three phase and singlephase
* Designing and Development of circuits for Environment, Power monitoring systems and Home
automation systems, along with a strong experienced team.
* Integrating the sensors such as temperature, motion, fire detection, level detection, Hydraulic sensors etc.
with micro controllers with SPI, MODBUS, I2C, TTL etc. communication protocols.
* Installation of PV inverters, panels & CCTV security cameras.
* Designing PCB’s and developing enhanced IoT systems.
* Understanding of electrical, mechanical work and cabling of all electrical and
electronic devices
Responsible for Maintenance and development of control system and maintenanceof
PLC, along with a strong experienced team.
* To ensure any matter related to compliance, service standards and negotiation skills
are timely resolved
Final Year Project: Agricultural robot LED based notice board
