Working on SAP system and as per SAP generated PM, s daily, monthly, 6 monthly and annual.
Experience in scheduling and maintaining of preventive maintenance orders, Creation of notifications, Break down maintenance orders and Refurbishment orders for SAP PM.
Able to present KPI and SAP PM to respective manager.

Maintenance and trouble shooting of various Electrical and Mechanical Machinery, Equipment’s and Instrument.
Understanding Refrigeration and also doing fault trouble shooting, modification and process interlock.
Good Knowledge of technical documentation, detail schematic, wiring diagram, quality control, electrical engineering design, budget estimates, materiel requisition and closing with client and supplier.
Very good knowledge of flow meters’ installation, calibration and loop testing.
Working on instruments like temperature transmitters, photoelectric switches, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, level switches, level transmitters, flow transmitters, photoelectric sensors, inductive/capacitive sensor, PDA sensors, load cells and also encoder, regulative valve, steam valves, motorize valve, servo motor and printers (Markam, Hitachi).
Working with Ishida and Meyn system:
ISHIDA: Combination Check weigher (CCW), Digital Automatic Checking System (DACS), Timing Hoppers, Batcher System, Tray Sealer (QX1100, QX300), BIZERBA Check Weighing/Tagging System, CSB System.
Good & wide knowledge Combination Check weigher (CCW) and preventive maintenance on monthly intervals.
Routine industrial trouble shooting in power control circuits
Studying the root cause for frequently occurring problems and purposing their remedies and implementation of agreed solution then progress monitoring.
Supervise installation and commissioning of on -plant modification, often on Operational plan.
Knowledge of global standards safety parameters like PTW, WPI, RA, PPES, LOTO, AIR, CAPA&SACABA
Well Knowledge and understanding of GMP, HACCP and 5S as well as its implementations
Variable speed drive maintenance, installation and familiar with function and operation of frequency control VFD, s of Allen Bradley, Dan Foss.
Hand -on Experience on AC/DC drive, Soft Starters, AC/DC Motors up to 900 HP
Have a good understanding of the engineering documents associated with process instrumentation and controls such as: P&IDs, instrument specification sheets, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, installation detail drawings etc.
wide knowledge of, and experience with high and medium voltage power supply systems and electro motors

I was a B and C student all throughout school, so to me, getting honorable mention for anything I did was something to get excited about. It gave me something good to tell my parents, and it often resulted in some sort of reward. After receiving honorable mention for my creative writing essay, I got rewarded with money from my parents. I didn't know that it was coming, but I was happy to receive it. Then they told me that this would happen any time that I achieved something like this, so that motivated me to try hard in every contest. School was hard for me, because I didn't grasp everything as quickly and easily as some students. I really had to work at getting the grades that I did, so getting honorable mention was as good to me as placing second.
