 Prepare and verify the time and attendance records of CVIT staffs and submit to the relevant department.
 Initiating store requisition for replenishing utilities / stationery supplies / uniform & equipment.
 Handle matters related to CVIT staffs such as annual leaves, passport release, certificates, and trainings.
 Preparation of commercial proposal.
 Preparation & coordination for the Tender submission.
 Coordination / follow ups with inter-department.
 Coordinate / follow ups with the Customers & Suppliers.
 Maintain client database.
 Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
