- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction. Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages. Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
Responsible to provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with Special needs, assist passengers at baggage screening area and check-in counter and provide paid porter age service to passengers at arrivals and departure in accordance to the Standard Operating procedure (SOP).
Disembarking passengers requiring special assistance are serviced and/or escorted to the arrival hall and cleared through all immigration, baggage claims (if any) and customs formalities
Job Title : Operations Officer - Cash & Valuable in Transit (CVIT) Department

Main purpose of job : To perform general operational duties & maintain day to day administrative services in order to meet legislative requirements.
Reports to : Manager - Cash & Valuable in Transit
Supervision of operations field staffs & Cash Center Staffs.
Monitoring & CCTV surveillance of Cash Centre & Armored Vehicles.
Time to time monitoring of Armored Vehicles through tracking system (GPS).
Maintain duty rosters and administrative management of CVIT staffs on weekday or off day shifts based on the client needs / requests to meet the operational desires.
Maintain the cash collection record and bank deposit record in the system as well as filing hard copies
Verification of monthly summary reports to client and concerned departments.
Liaise with client for adhoc / on call services and coordinate with the team of the action plan in line with better service and value for the client.
Manage CVIT vehicles with regards to day-to-day maintenance records both mechanical and security systems and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely maintenance.
Prepare and verify the time and attendance records of CVIT staffs and submit to the relevant department.
Initiating store requisition for replenishing utilities / stationery supplies / uniform & equipment.
Handle matters related to CVIT staffs such as annual leaves, passport release, certificates, and trainings.
Preparation of commercial proposal.
Preparation & coordination for the Tender submission.
Coordination / follow ups with inter-department.
Coordinate / follow ups with the Customers & Suppliers.
Maintain client database.
Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
Completed high school (Grade 12) in management studies
