 “SAFETY FIRST” attitude assuring every project should be executed with care to PREVENT accidents that cause or have the potential to cause personal injury or property during any stages.
 Engagement with stake holders to achieve the all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully through DETAIL ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION & PROCUREMENT phases.
 Travel to FEED overseas offices for constructability workshops, gating checks and ITB deliverables.
 Review and select bidders for FEED, E, P & C & LSTK projects as per project strategy & SABIC guidelines.
 Selection of bidders as per project scope, schedule and cost (SOI, RFQ stages).
 Review & comment on project ITB in respect to scope SABIC standards, PEI’s and affiliate requirements.
 Conduct TBER - Technical BID EVALUATION REVIEW for Mega and Site projects - Construction Assurance.
 Conduct face-to-face meeting with bidders to finalize bidder response and finalize project comments.
 Conduct / Review / Update constructability workshop sessions for mega project during FEED EPC stages.
 Score bidders in TBER stage, review technical bid and nominate bidder for final techno commercial bid.
 Attend KOM with bid winner and start level IV schedule and constructability review.
 Monitor and report to Project Manager / Sr Construction Manager progress, risks and opportunities in time.
 Schedule and attend scheduled meetings with project team and stakeholders with MOM implementations.
 Assure project schedule health check-up and guide and recommend recovery plan for troubled projects.
Plan, execute, monitor and close project construction activities safely, timely and as per quality standards.
Reporting to Project manager, Program Mangers, Stake holders and PMO as per project communications plan.
Meetings - Attend weekly, on call meetings and reporting to project manager.
Review, monitor & report contractor project construction activities as per WBS and approved schedule.
Monitor and report progress deviations, recovery plan misalignment from approved schedule.
Site surveillance for HSE, Constructability, Resources, and Quality pre - post checks on site visits.
Manage EPC in all levels from construction to handover and assist path forward on roadblocks.
Manage MOC procedures (PHA, SS, MI) maturing activities, meetings and documentations.
Plan, Execute, control, close activities in ISBL and OSBL limits of the project.
Integrate procurement activities as per project schedule and site conditions.
Expedite, follow shipping, procurement and track status updates to site and ware house on delays. Review and comment - method of statements for construction and pre commissioning activities.
Review and comment on method of statement for all mechanical construction and ITPs.
Integrate work permit system, lock out tag out procedures, static, rotating equipment procedures.
Monitor hauling, layout, erection, alignment, acceptance of static, rotating equipment's.
Monitor progress in dia inch / tonnage / cubic meter / equipment's erections
Manage and execute Punches, MC, PSSR, RFSU and final project closeouts.
