Manage all the customer relationships activities at dealership
Plans and implements customer relationships activities
Acts as Toyota’s representative in customer conflict situations by managing complaints that cannot be handled by Sales or Service personnel
Prepare reports on complaints
Analyzes complaints and develop a customer complaints tracking system that can be used to identify the root cause and come up with improved plans
Monitor and analyzes customer satisfaction survey results
Coordinates with dealership managers to identify and resolve internal challenges to customer satisfaction
Formulates plans and programs to improve customer satisfactions
Trains and motivates dealership on customer service principles and processes
Monitor’s the dealership goodwill budget

Preparing daily Dispatch report of the vehicles dispatched form the Company
Preparing Presentation and presenting the sales report to the parent company (Indus Motor Company Ltd) of this organization.
