o Facilitating Network and Hardware Support for various corporate clients
o Installing and configuring 2000 & 2003 Servers, Active Directory Services, Group Policies, User Permissions, Exchange 2003, Web Access, ISA Server, ADSL Connections and Wireless LAN
• Engaged in servicing hardware of branded PCs like HP-Compaq, Acer, Dell, etc.

• Facilitated operations support, user support, troubleshooting, system backup and recovery
· Responsible for Administration, maintenance of Heterogeneous Network consisting of 100 systems with 40 Sparcs and 60 Intel m/c with Solaris, Windows 2000 Servers.
· Responsible as a Lab Faculty for teaching Solaris 8 systems administration.
· Plan, design, install, configure and support major server and network systems for Educational Labs.
· Provide in-house training setup for corporate trainees such as SUN, HP, SAP, iFLEX, Satyam InfoTech and other corporate in RCS.
· Install, configure, and maintain Sun Solaris machines.
· Provide operations support, user support, trouble shooting, system backup and recovery.
