•Verify 100 transaction. 100%document scrutiny of all documents.
•Recommend transactions for further processing if all conditions are correct
•Processing of all marketer loading transaction done for payment of Bridging, Inter district and NTA claims
•Weekly and Monthly report to keep proper record of all petroleum product distributed throughout the country within a period.
•If there is variance in transaction documents, edit and recommend for payment.
•If transaction cannot be resolved, query and reject.

•Ensure proactive and timely response to all issues raised by the customer

•Daily Newspaper Headlines upload to all staff
•Ensure 80% publication of management approved Sensitization
•Collate, edit and review required information
•Participation and Publication of required Sensitization to internal/external customers.
•Collate Articles for the Bridger
•Monthly publication and upload of Newsletters
