• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants generally representing one or the other.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Accompany buyers, tenants during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

My duties as Real Estate Agents includes the following:

• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
• Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs
Essential Daily Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer calls and e-mails and provide details of the available properties for sale/lease
• Accompany visitors to the site and explain the specifications of the property
• Proofread and finalize content of brochures, websites, and other marketing material
• Communicate with the bank representatives and discuss loan options according to the client's budget
• Keep track of construction and inform the clients about the possession date
• Prepare sales and revenue reports and provide the same to the area property manager, specializing on lease and sales down town Dubai and Villas and Townhouse in Mira community.
