•Responsible for the overall document control of the company projects/tenders.
•Maintained records of all the approved documents and As Built drawing (Controlled Copy) both in hard copies and soft copies.
•Keep record of the acknowledgements of the documents handed over to internal team, vendors, consultants and clients.
•To have control of documents maintained document tracking logs for all official submittals Document Transmittals to distribute documents and internal document transmittal to distribute documents internally.
•Established standardization for the format of the documents and correspondence with well aligned margins to the latest trend of the industry toward quality assurance
•Expedite the return of documents and/or approvals/comments within the required time period from internal and external parties to whom they have been issued / distributed
•Responsible for archiving documents of Accounts Dept., P&M, Purchase etc.
•Reporting to the Project Manager of the company.
•Responsible for the Secretarial Work as well as project documentation work.
•Responsible for preparation Site Staff Attendance, Labour timesheets, document submission preparation, preparation of minutes of meeting and over all coordination with Project Manager and Company H.O.
