o Engineering supervision of site works
o Supervised crews of up to 15 master carpenters, journeymen, drywall hangers, foundation and general labor personnel

o Writing of daily site reports and making sure all the day to day activities are maintained as shown on the program of work by the planning Engineer
o Supervision of the infrastructures and Evaluating logistical operations, quality assurance and control, necessary material procurement and cost estimating.
o Supervision of buildings under construction, Quays and marine works and roads under construction
o Ensuring strict adherence to working drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
o Ordering for materials needed on site.
o Mobilization of labor and supervision.
o Keeping site records concerning site store, site security and site personnel.
