Supervise daily construction activities related to structural and piping works.
Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment based on daily work requirements.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, standards, and project specifications.
Verify that piping materials (valves, flanges, gaskets, fittings) match project standards.
Enforce safety rules and ensure workers follow PPE requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and daily site safety briefings.
Report unsafe acts, hazards, and incidents immediately.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the project engineer on work status.
