5) Ensuring the timely material delivery.
6) Proactively identifying potential schedule impacts with contractors.
7) Maintaining record of discussions of progress review meeting and preparing close out reports.
1) Preparing master project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage using primavera software.
2) Preparing detailed forecast, detailed plan and actual output for all disciplines.
3) Monitor project progress and advice action to meet the schedule if delayed.
4) Interface with clients and project team to ensure project and site progress.
5) Ensuring the timely material delivery from clients

4) Clearing various engineering queries which will arise during the project by referring the specification and standards of the owner and by coordinating with the EPC.

The work comprises of overall supervision and maintenance of floating crafts, Navigational light buoys other port equipment’s and arranging spares from store at time .
Also the supervision of works in the dock which includes extensive under water repairs and plate changing
Knowledge of Inventory Control for systematic storage of items required by the port
