· Communicate effectively while interfacing with the Client, Contractor, Engineers and other project stakeholders.
· Successfully manage project expenses and resources to ensure project profitability.
· Manage chargeable labor time, track project burn rate, and maintain project scope to prevent budget overruns.
· Provide monthly progress schedules, budget reports, and forecasted burn rates to show the project is healthy, on schedule, and in budget.
· Prepare, negotiate and execute change orders on client’s behalf.
· Review and respond to construction submittals and Requests for Information (RFI’s).
· Attend monthly progress meetings and conduct weekly project meetings.
· Manage material sampling, testing, reporting, and quality assurance acceptance.
· Assure the project QC /QA documentation is properly maintained.

· Collaborate with contractors during project construction to maintain project schedule, scope and budget.
· Clarify and interpret contract plans for the contractor during project construction.
· Identify construction issue ahead of time and develop solutions equitable to all parties.
· Review material submittals, respond to RFI’s, and prepared change orders.
· Ensure QC /QA is performed in accordance with contract plans and properly documented in the Inspectors Daily
reports.
