انا بالمغرب كنت مضيفة استقبال بفندق مشليفن افران حيث تعلمت الاشتغال على برنامج OPERA كذلك كنت مسوولة عن الزبائن من وقت مجيئهم الى حين وقت رحيلهم بتعديل جميع متطلباتهم والحجز والتنسيق مع الضيوف في حل شواغلها . الشيئ الذي استنتجته في نفسي من هذا
الفندق هو من امتع اللحظات واحلاها هي التي اكون فيها امام الزبون والذي اعتبه ضيف قبل زبون .
وبعد أن أتيحت لي الفرصة للمجيء الى هنا جئت مع ممون حفلات اشغلت شاف بالمطبخ تخصص حلويات لكن احلى تجربة كانت مضيفة استقبال.
