• Review and verification for RCC dam and spillway instrumentation
drawings.
• Preparation of telecommunication and internet foundation, tower, and
all other related facilities for the site.
• Preparation of drawings for dam access roads (berms).
• Preparation of site installation drawings for RCC/CVC plants.
• Preparation of site installation drawings for different drainage systems
such as culverts, pits, and ditches etc.
• Responsible for dam permanent material estimating, purchasing,
inspections and installation dam permanent materials.
• Coordinating and supervision for all site and office work together.
• Review and verification for RCC dam gallery precast slab drawings.
• Preparation of a general layout for galleries of different elevation in
the dam.
• Analyzing surveying of site works data.
• Scheduling of budget for the project and document controlling as per
the project desires.
• Preparation of water supply, Electric and sewage line system for the
living camp and work site.
My Responsibilities as a are
• Site supervision and management which include oversee day to day
Construction activities on site.
• Ensure that all works are carried out according to approved drawings,
Specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise junior engineers, foremen, and site workers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to maintain
efficiency
• Technical and Quality Control which include check that all structural and
civil works meet design standards and project specifications.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Identify design or construction issues and propose technical solutions.
• Coordinate material testing including concrete, soil, aggregates with the
laboratory team.
• Planning and Coordination which is coordinate with the technical office,
Quality control and survey departments.
• Review construction drawings and report discrepancies to the design team
• Ensure timely availability of material, equipment, and manpower for
