SALN Administration: Prepares and consolidates the Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) of all permanent, elective, and coterminous employees of the LGU, ensuring strict compliance and submission to the Office of the Ombudsman at least thirty (30) days prior to the official deadline.
7. Drug-Free Workplace Program Secretariat: Functions as the program secretariat providing administrative support in the preparation, coordination, and documentation of the Drug-Free Workplace Program activities in the Municipality of Banga.
8. Public Assistance & Program Support: Receives, monitors, and responds to public complaints lodged through the 8888 Citizens Complaint Center website, ensuring proper documentation and swift coordination with concerned offices. Provides administrative and documentation support for the Drug-Free Workplace Program activities within the municipality.
9. Festival Program and Invitation Layout Processing: Assists in the preparation, and real-time updating of official programs and invitations for the annual Pasundayag Festival; handles the continuous encoding of administrative revisions, schedule adjustments, and guest updates to ensure all distribution materials are accurate prior to printing and dissemination.
10. Time and Attendance Monitoring: Serves as the biometric checker responsible for verifying, auditing, and processing daily time records (DTRs) and attendance logs of personnel to ensure accurate reporting of hours worked.
11. Leave Management Support: Serves as the designated alternate/backup personnel responsible for preparing employee leave applications during the absence of the primary person-in-charge.
12. Job Order Contract Preparation and Processing: Spearheads the administrative preparation, encoding, and drafting of Job Order (JO) contracts for municipal personnel.
13. Job Order Payroll Review and Processing: Manages the processing of payroll for all Job Order (JO) personnel.
14. Tardiness Reporting and CSC Compliance: Prepares and consolidates official reports on employee tardiness and absences based on verified biometric data, ensuring the timely submission of attendance compliance reports to the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in accordance with prescribed civil service rules and regulations.
