1. Manage shipments end-to-end from booking at origins to delivery for ocean, air and domestic shipments.

2. Providing guidance and recommending a course of actions to Business Development, Operations, Maintenance
and Logistics.
3. Procurement of parts needed on the server maintenance of the clients with accurate specifications as required.
4. Sending PO to suppliers and monitoring payment from the Accounts to ensure future purchases will not be
affected and maintaining good relations with them.
5. Represents the company and clients for Customs clearance processing if needed around the globe. This includes
securing necessary government permits.
6. Providing solutions on how to save cost on purchases including freight, with high consideration of meeting the
required time frame.
1. Managing a team of Customer Service and Operations Staff; providing support, coaching and advises for their
consultations.
2. Providing utmost assistance on client’s air and sea import and export shipments. Starting from the origin up until
delivery, such as sending updates regarding the Customs clearance and delivery.
3. Tariff Classification of items using the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature for Philippine setting.
4. Checking the accuracy of documents such as Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing lists and
coordinates the same with the Shipper, Consignee, or Agent if there are any discrepancies to avoid delay in the
process.
5. Truck booking for deliveries on different types of cargo and monitoring the same until delivery.
6. Certified IATA Dangerous Goods Specialist, Category 3, for the year of 2022.
