Designing Ladder and SCL programs for SIMATIC STEP 7 and TIA Portal PLC from SIEMENS.
Testing and debugging a PLC software in TIA Portal for 1500 series PLC for full assembly line in Heroldsberg Germany.
* Designing switchboards eletrical schematics using EPlan P8 software for metallurgical industry:
I've been working with ABB (ACSM1, ACS800, ACS880) and SIEMENS (SINAMICS S120) inverters for DC-AC & AC-AC motor control;
SIEMENS ASi modules and ET200S PLC for DOL equipment starting;
Siemens ET200S PLC via PROFIBUS-DP or PROFINET communication system to control and command the production lines.
* Short-circuit currents calculation and cable sizing for motors and motor accessories (motor fans,
motor brakes);
* Revision the electrical schematics according with AS BUILT specifications.
* The nocturne installation for a 4th class soccer field according to UEFA 2010 Regulations using:
- DIALux to simulate the light distribution from all 144 lights,
- AutoCAD for all 14 electrical cabinets connection diagrams,
- ECODIAL Advance Calculation for short circuit currents, voltage drop, wire and protection devices sizing.
* Lightning and grounding system for a 380kV Station in Doetinchem, The Netherlands.
* Electrical and automation project for a water supply station for a village. It consists in the diagrams and technical report for the wells pumps, treatment station equipments and storage tanks pumps. All of them are interconnected, so the process can be operated manually or automated from the main control room or locally.
* Relocated in Aalsmeer, Netherlands - project leader of the Romanian team;
Verifying and testing electrical installations for ventilation, CCTV and electrical generators of Waterwolftunnel.
* Relocated in Delft, Netherlands
Verifying and testing the electrical installations - power and PLC electrical panels - for ventilation, lighting and electrical generators for the following tunnels: Beneluxtunnel, Noordtunnel, Drechttunnel, Swijtwendetunnel and Heinenoordtunnel.
* Relocated in Rotterdam, Netherlands - project leader of the Romanian team;
AutoCAD inspection plans for 12 of the RET Metro Company viaducts. About 1950 plans were made to cover viaducts such as: Capelsebrug - De Terp, Tochten - Nesselande, Hoogvliet - Pernis, Marconiplein - Schiedam Centrum and Rijnhaven - Slinge.
* Company's intranet page using SharePoint 2007.
* In “PALAS Building Complex from Iasi, Romania” I attended the electrical installations for:
- lighting systems for underground parking and park area,
- HVAC units for restaurants, controlled by BMS,
- ventilation system for the underground parking area consisted in 16 fans of 1.8 kW and 4 fans of 12 kW controlled by frequency inverters,
-designed and led the team of workers for electrical installation at ASUS by TurboZone store from “PALAS Building Complex from Iasi”.
* Led the team of workers in executing a data network of 7.8 km of UTP wire and 136 RJ45 outlets for OMCO Romania factory in Iasi. This network has the purpose to connect all the CNC machines from that factory in order to be remote controlled and checking its status via internet.
I designed the electrical systems for civil buildings such as villas and boarding houses.
In the industry field, I designed the wiring system for a medium sawmill.
Industrial PLC Programming - online course level 2. Graduated it with 90 pionts from 100.
This type of master has the purpose to interconnect the needs and resources of an human activity in order to achieve the goals without dispels of energy. This is translated in profit, especially in these days when the need of energy is grater than the supply!
I graduated on position 4 from whole 93 number of graduates.
