Assessment focus: Development, High potential identification, IDP development and succession planning. This includes psychometric, cognitive and alignment assessments, 360 assessments, individual and face-to-face assessments, and more recently, virtual assessments.

As HR lead, I am responsible for all aspects of HR for the team within the UAE and India (27 full-time employees).
As HR Business partner for Customer Development, I am responsible for all HR matters of the Sales team of Colgate and Tetley including management and non-management employees. Main responsibilities include: development of employee incentive and training plans with the goal to enhance employee morale and retention, identify gaps within the organizational structure, conducting nationwide recruitment/transfers including screening and interviewing, headcount rationalization, policy development and initiation in line with global best practices to ensure consistency of processes and managing employee concerns.
Furthermore I am involved in ensuring employee retention, employee development and developing initiatives for individual growth with the Organization.
Hired by the Abraaj (largest emerging markets private equity firm with over US$ 7 billion in AuM) led management team to execute on a defined turnaround strategy post their acquisition of KESC in 2009.
-HR Strategy and Communication: Restructured HR Policies, Introduced new hiring philosophies, developed employee motivation program, developed job descriptions and performance standards, introduced a performance management systems, liased with external organizations for employee development and prepared/presented quarterly reports
- HR Business Partner& External Correspondence: Managed external correspondence with strategic stakeholders, developed policy proposals and board packs and ensured that all HR requirements for Finance were met.
An MBA with a focus on Consulting and International Business. Did an in-depth study on the HR practices within the NHS (UK) and how implementing private sector HR policies have and continue to improve overall patient care.
