The Project comprises the construction and upgrade of the section of Rayyan Road from West of Olympic R/A, to West of the New Rayyan R/A at the east end of the scheme, together with the construction and upgrading of associated side roads and service roads. The total length of the improvement scheme is approximately 5.5km plus 6.0km of side roads, associated service roads (approximately 11 km), minor and major junctions and structures.

•Established company and project specific HSE management system
•Prepared HSE plans, procedures and instructions
•Prepared Company's Tender HSE proposals and documents.
•Ensured compliance with regulatory and client requirements
•Made periodic project HSE inspections to monitor compliance with HSE procedures
•Prepared and monitored training programs to instruct employees in emergency operations, emergency procedures and safe work practices
•Assessed company personnel and determined training needs in terms of job specialization
•Provided integrated hazard and risk management support
•Planned and performed audits in-house and to subcontractors
•Conducted internal audits of Company's existing projects
•Worked together with quality professionals to integrate management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
During the period of duty at Headquarter, assigned as HSE Coordinator for following projects to support temporarily on site;
Konya-Aksehir Highway Project, Konya-Turkey (4 months)
Uskudar-Umraniye-Cekmekoy Metro Line Project, Istanbul-Turkey (6 months)
Sinop Boyabat Dam and Road Relocations Project
Client: Boyabat Electric Main Contractor: Dogus Construction
Total Cost: 1.2 Billion $
Project was consists of 195 m. batardam, derivation tunnels and approx. 50 km. relocated dam roads.
Roles and Responsibilities;
•Prepared periodic and non-periodic plans and reports related with HSE, including annual, semi-annual/quarterly, monthly and weekly performance indication reports, RM Plans, pollution prevention plans, waste management and minimization plans,
•Prepared of any other plans or reports required for compliance with all HSE laws, regulations, permits and client requirements
•Developed and delivered training to the personnel as required concerning HSE or other regulatory requirements
•Reviewed documents for accuracy and consistency in reporting as well as compliance issues
•Developed correction action plans as necessary
•Negotiated and obtained governmental permits, permit renewals, alterations or amendments
•Interfaced with personnel as needed to insure that inspections requirements are met
•Interfacing with regulatory agencies on inspections and compliance/enforcement issues
Al-Tahady University Complex Project

Project was consisting of 8 Faculty Buildings, Medical Complex and 5 Services. Buildings were totally 400.000 m2 Building Area and 550.000 m2 Infrastructure.
Qatargas Common Lean LNG Berth Phase 6
Client: Qatar Gas
Main Contractor: Fluor Mideast
Total Cost: 150 Million $
Project was consisting of adding a new dock facility for loading lean LNG from LNG tanks. Phase 6 specifically includes a 580 m long LNG Berth 6 Abutment and Tie-in to New Main Breakwater, LNG Loading Platform Block Foundation, Breasting and Mooring Dolphins on Block Foundations catwalks, platforms and ladders, 10 km new jetty road construction.
Suspended due to working abroad.
