In the unique role as Parent Relations Executive, I am the public face of the school. Within this wide-ranging role, my duties consisted of the following main areas:
• Marketing: design and copywriting of school marketing materials including the prospectus. Responsible for writing, redesign and publication of a complete weekly newsletter, as well as writing communications from the Principal. I also organised and hosted marketing events within the school.
• Customer relations: providing the initial point of contact and customer care for parents, as well as problem resolution and marketing the school for admissions and enrolment for prospective clients through tours and other events.
• Events: organisation and hosting of events
• Management: I have managed a small team of administrative staff throughout this role.
I worked with Carmine, a beauty sample box company, as one of their contracted bloggers. I created engaging written online content for the company blog and worked as part of their social media outreach, liaising with their clients in interactive social media-based platforms. As part of my post, I pitched, developed and researched articles to publish on the website, as well as interviewing business owners that were relevant to the company to develop new content.
PhD in Spanish.
Dual accelerated Masters degree in French and Spanish. 2:1 attained.
