Managing a team of 5 project coordinators and 18 Commercial/ provincial projects in an extremely dynamic environment. I assumed Operations Manager position temporarily managing 35 employees in total including a team of 5 drafters/ detailers, estimators, Structural Engineer and fabrication employees. Manage contractors working on different site from negotiation of contract to delivering/logistics and completion of projects including closing reports/ inspection reports and documentations as well as invoicing/ collecting and managing changes in the scope of work. I act as a single point of contact for customers.
