Preparing payroll
Support to the Recruitment process:
- Prepare and post advertisements for vacant positions;
- Shortlist CVs;
- Schedule, organize and represent HR department in interviews (as required);
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates and follow up with offer pack including employee onboarding;
- Communicate with candidates and hiring manager regarding the recruitment process;
- Undertake field visits, as necessary, to support on HR related matters;
HR Focal point for Tripoli field office
Collecting and assembling staff files and documents
Preparing R3 forms for the Ministry of Finance and collecting staff files for the NSSF
Preparing weekly HR reports regarding staffing, turnover, training and diversity
Managing and following up on staff leaves and leaves database
Updating Staff data on SCI Trackers and Databases
Undertaking staff inductions
Assisting in merging staff information to an HRIS and a Payroll software
Preparing HR related letters, and work attestations to staff
Handling staff attendance and timesheets
Assist in preparing human resources department standard operations procedures
Preparing and assisting HR manager in drafting Human Resources policies
Participating in several job fairs, NGOs fairs, internship fairs

- Drawing up and implementing yearly marketing plans
- Supporting in the development and execution of dealer events and activities, including product launches, drive days, track days, product displays, and sponsorships
- Coordinating advertising campaigns (e.g. plan development, negotiations, booking and selecting media, artwork creation, payments and support administration etc…)
- Communicating, organizing, following up and reporting on press releases / announcements
- Developing and executing of marketing plans for each specific product or brand
- Monitoring and preparing of marketing quarterly and yearly plans and spending review
- Overseeing artwork and production of marketing collateral
- Preparing direct mailing activities including mail merge and printing of personalized letters, labels and envelopes
- Managing marketing activities including post-marketing event entries and effectiveness checks (including: presence of the events, customer and prospect acquisition rate, customer loyalty)
- Responsible for coordinating the buying & payment function of marketing
- Supporting and working with the sales team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Responsible for research, following up, and updating company's online social network pages, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and company website
