As a Human Resources Manager my tasks are:
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
• Handles employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ensure full compliance of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices.
• Plan, develop, and implement overall Human Resource strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinated manpower deployment and monitored workforce

Aside from being an HR, I also do some of the Executive Assistant works such as:
• Managed the CEOs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements (flights and hotels.)
• Acted as a liasion between the CEO, Employees and External partners.
• Prepared documents, reports, and handled confidential communications.
