• Oversee and ensure safe smooth and efficient operation process plant and utilities system also make corrective action regarding any operational disturbance, coordinate with area operators for field adjustments also inform operation engineer of any irregularities. Act as communication hub for plant operations.
• Monitoring and controlling the operation of process equipment like Gas turbine, Pumps, Compressors, ECU, Cooling water system, Hot oil system and Glycol regeneration system.
• Monitor and log the parameters of all types of process equipment and vessels.
• Routine jobs, running equipment change over and shift activities.
• Exposure with mechanical maintenance clearance, ensuring gases and liquids are purged, flushed, and cooled in a safe manner.
• Preparation of daily production reports, raw materials receiving reports and chemical consumption reports.
• Monitoring the work permit issued to maintenance group and watching the maintenance group during planned shut down and Un-planned Shutdown.
• Carries out all activities in accordance with company safety procedures and manufacturers recommendations, following all safety instructions and notices, and wearing personal protective equipment always.
• Compliance with the Safety Management System and the Emergency response plan of the company.
• Optimization of injection rate of all plant chemicals such as scale inhibitor, gas corrosion inhibitor.
• Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work.
• Responsible for smooth operation and housekeeping of plant area.
