- Deliver world class customer service in all cabins, ensuring 100% delivery of the companys service style and service standards
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and departmental processes and procedures on-board and on the ground
- Trained and experienced in providing premium customer service in First and Business Class cabins.
- Flying to short and longhaul destinations on Airbus (A319, A320, A321) and Boeing (B777, B747) Aircrafts
- Direct responsibility for a team of 10 tutors and over 100 students
- Manage the internal verification and internal moderation process for all childcare courses and standardising excellent practice across the team in line with awarding body and Ofsted regulations
- Plan, deliver and evaluate learning programmes in Childrens Care Learning and Development
- Recruitment of students and staff
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, employers, placement providers, schools and colleagues
- Leading a small team within a day nursery setting, caring for children aged 6 weeks - 5 years.
- Develop and implement work schemes and lesson plans in line with the requirements of the early years foundation stage (EYFS).This involves motivating children to learn and imaginatively using resources in order to facilitate learning.
- Develop the social and communication skills of children and provide a safe and secure environment in which the child can learn. - Build and maintain relationships with parents/guardians to further support children as well as working within multi-agency networks to ensure the correct support is available.
- Record observations and summarise the children's achievements. - Focus on optimum child development and preparation for a successful transition to primary school education.
