Duties and Responsibilities include:
Created the restaurant menu
Placing orders to the suppliers
Taking stock control
Creating new dishes and recipes
Ensure the staff knows its responsibilities
Calculating food cost
Managing the restaurant
in this course i learnt the basics of food knowledge and was taken throuh different cuisines. We also learnt computer skills, from menu design to food cost.
In this coourse we learnt mainly about tour and travel. This includes all the major tourist attractions in the world, the major wildlife parks in the world, how to calculate fares for different transport systems.
