Project Interface manager responsible for program management and total engineering for non process structures for Borouge (ADNOC/Borealis) - $4.5 billion petrochemical plant. Initial challenge focused on aligning the interests of multiple Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractors, from different geographical locations, and engineering disciplines to ensure engineering integrity at construction interfaces. Provided program/project leadership in planning and organizing the deliverables for the project team and sub contractors, while consistently evaluating human resourcing resource requirements.

Engaged by the CEO to execute a $15 industrial complex for a Government contract in Muscat, Oman, the company's first project in the region. Sept 2008 - Dec 2009 Belhasa Six Construct Project Coordination Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contracted as the senior project coordination manager for a $400 million waste water treatment facility, (WWTP) the most ambitious water related project in the United Arab Emirates. Initial key challenge was to recover a 4-month delay in engineering design and held full accountability for accelerating throughput while maintaining minimal operational expenditure
Mar 2007- Sept 2008 Quinn Chemicals GMBH PMT Project Engineer - Leipzig, Germany
Project Engineer for a €450 million Methyl methacrylate (MMA) petro-chemical facility in East Germany, the largest MMA plant in Europe with additional capacity for future expansion. Initial Key challenges included the management of interfaces between the stakeholders, consultants, vendors and contractors. Subsequently promoted to manage the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to fast track the civil and structural design and construction on site. Reported to Project Management and managed various contracts across six nations and two continents.
