Scheduling and planning production based on agreed budgets & target dates, managing and forecasting, appraisal manpower for project's needs and completion on time and in budget.
Promote regular Staff training, on Safety and Performance issues.
General Supervision & coordination with the Supervisors & Foreman's, regarding production activities in workshop, performing physical and regular visits to shop floor, and witness directly the quality on the products, performing techniques, ensuring the follow up of ITP's (insuring inspections in real time performed by QC Shop floor Inspector's), insuring safety issues, Scaffoldings, Lifting equipments safe conditions cleaning and an organized production system.
Coordinating with QA/QC in all NDT's, RT, MT, PT, UT, PWHT, Hydro-Pressure Test, and welding procedures.
