RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff Training Skills at the level of Supervisor's & Foremen, Coordinating & Monitoring Fabrication & Production in workshop for Oil & Gas and structural equipments, such as:
Heavy Structural Skid Platforms, Stinger, Jack up rigs and rig refurbishment, Slug Catcher, Plet Heads, Buckle Detector's, Cocoons, yokes, yoke footings, Heavy Structural Top Sides.
Fabrication of Reactors, Pressure vessels, Latest Project: entire fabrication of a 570TON. Reactor for ABU DHABI, PLUS 36 minor vessels and columns, average 70TON, weight each unit with target global delivery date 12 months, Manifolds, Spools, 18 Melt Ladles 40TON. each unit of this equipment, heavy Steel Structure parts for Melt Plants, build up Beam, Hydraulic Tanks and Storage Tanks, Heavy Fabrication of Platforms, Skids, Frames and Heavy parts for a double column 5.000 Ton. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure Safety and Shop Efficiency on Equipments, Manpower, and Maintenance Assistance.
Review and issue of Shop Drawings for Production, promote production meetings for eventual requiring technical support & clarification of issues involving all key production part's on a common responsibility of reaching the requiring targets for the project's completion & success.
Coordination with Project Manager's, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse and QA/QC on Documentation, (ITP'S, WPS'S, Welding Maps, Cutting Plans, IFC Drawings, materials requests, status/deliveries & quality assurance issues, supervision of KPI, reports for performance & progressive Production improvements.
Scheduling and planning production based on agreed budgets & target dates, managing and forecasting, appraisal manpower for project's needs and completion on time and in budget.
Promote regular Staff training, on Safety and Performance issues.
General Supervision & coordination with the Supervisors & Foreman's, regarding production activities in workshop, performing physical and regular visits to shop floor, and witness directly the quality on the products, performing techniques, ensuring the follow up of ITP's (insuring inspections in real time performed by QC Shop floor Inspector's), insuring safety issues, Scaffoldings, Lifting equipments safe conditions cleaning and an organized production system.
Coordinating with QA/QC in all NDT's, RT, MT, PT, UT, PWHT, Hydro-Pressure Test, and welding procedures.
Welder's training for: SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, (developing PQR's for welder's qualifications, according to Jobs welding requirements and WPS specifications)

Performing Internal Audits to Subcontractors, (Over 20 local Structural Suppliers Companies working as Sub-Contractor's to DANIELI), coordinating and assuring quality issues and delivery targets, by monitoring closely & directly Suppliers Management Planning, Scheduling and Production activities based on their workload.
