infrastructure and building projects for the Ministry of Housing in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia.

The scope included enabling works, all infrastructure services (potable water,
sewerage, storm, telecom, MV & LV cabling, lighting, fire water, irrigation, sewerage
treatment plant, pump station, water tank), parks and landscaping in addition to roads
and walkways. Jeddah project design (SR650Million) included a scope of 500 multi
story buildings with 10, 000 apartments and prestigious villas.

The scope at initial stage is to evaluate the bidders technically and commercially and
raise an evaluation report for award recommendation to client. After-award scope was
to mobilize and initiate the project, supervise and manage the contractors and
accomplish consultation services to the Ministry of Housing. These consultations
provided contractual, technical and management support to the client during the
lifetime of the project with regard to development, planning, budgeting, technical scope
control and changes, leadership, interface with the end-users and sustainability
applications.
