- Creation of yearly IT Audit plans and managing and directing the IT Audit team during IT and Security Audit engagements in accordance with the IT Audit plan.
- Conduct and manage IT and Security Audit reviews for Bank of Beirut Group in Lebanon, Oman as well as Bank of Sydney in Australia. Follow up over Audit findings and provide guidance and advise on IT and Security issues and initiatives at the Bank in accordance with internal policies and regulatory mandates (BCC, CBO, APRA…).
- Communicate with and provide oral and written reports to different Bank entities including auditees, related committees, or other groups as appropriate.
- Serves as the Internal Audit representative on internal or external task teams or committees.
- Audit workflow and related processes are accredited the ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems.
- Team-Mate administrator for the Internal Audit department (Lebanon and Australia). This includes managing the technical infrastructure as well as the administration, configuration and setup of the Team Mate Audit software.
- ACL administrator and analytics expert for the Internal Audit department. This includes managing the technical infrastructure as well as administration, configuration and setup of the ACL application. Serving as well as the lead developer of ACL analytics and scripts.
- Keep abreast of emerging tools and techniques in Information Technology and Information Security practices via professional development opportunities through both corporate and external sources.
