- Responsible in assisting in organization wide compensation and benefits plans and to administer the execution in timely manner.
-Responsible to administer organization wide employee’s data base.
-Managing the payroll, compensation and benefits of all the branches (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & USA)
-Assisting seniors in the development and implementation of HR plans covering compensation & benefits; i.e. salaries & benefits benchmarking, etc.).
-Developing and administer compensation and benefits policies.
-Participate in the revision of HR plans for improvement purpose; by periodic review of the process flows, determining the improvements opportunities and submit recommendations where necessary.
-Supporting HR team members in the compliance of the labor law requirements in different branches and ensuring all operations comply with federal, local, and company policies, legalities and regulations.
-Monitoring payroll, salaries and deductions, disbursements of salaries to employees; implementation of employee benefits program, covering benefit enrollment, claims processing and benefits reconciliations, retirement benefits etc.
-Overseeing transaction activities of medical insurance, mobiles sim card request, cancellation, disciplinary action records etc.
-Overseeing employee time management such as Annual leave, Sick leave, Business Trips and all other type of time off.
-Ensuring that all registers and records, employee record / data is kept up-to-date at all times and communication is managed effectively;
-Effectively communicating with employees regarding compensation and benefits queries or escalating it to the seniors.
-Timely generation and presentation of reports to the seniors and assisting in any other task as and when needed.
-Assisting the management in preparing the company's annual budget in terms of manpower cost.
-Extensive knowledge on GCC labor laws.
Providing support to HR & Admin Manager in handling various HR & Administration issues and activities.
Coordinates with the head of department of all the branches, including GCC branches for all HR related matters
Prepare HR Memos & Action Forms, such as new appointment (offer of employment), approved changes in employees status, e.g. promotion, transfer, salary revision, acceptance of resignation, Certificate of Employment, Warning Letter, Termination Letter.
Prepare ticket booking and leave salary of an employee who will go annual/emergency leave
Prepare gratuity and/or end of service of resigned, cancelled an terminated employee
Arrange foreign business trip such as visa application (if required), ticket and hotel booking
Monitor the attendance records such as absenteeism and sick leave of all the employees
Coordinate with foreign recruitment agency in screening CV, arrange interviews and processing the documents of selected candidates
Coordinates with the PRO in processing and updating visa of newly hired employees
Prepare payroll and ensure that computing of salaries, overtime benefits, final settlement and deductions are processed accurately according to labour law.
Coordinates with the bank regarding the accounts of employees
Prepare LPO for all the purchases made
Handling employee grievances and discuss with the HR Manager
Maintaining employee information by entering and updating their details from time to time
Organize and maintain file and records
Perform other task as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
