Provides assistance for the whole team. Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handled admin activities like Client Visit, Office Services co-ordination, Arranging of flights, transportations and accommodations for managers, staffs and guests.
• Supporting the Managers with all administrative and Personal duties associated with the management of the company.
• Prepares letters, presentations, proposals, delivery note, purchase orders and reports for company’s senior executives. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook. Troubleshoot simple computer errors.
• Managing attendance / vacation tracking system for HR/Accounting department.
• Liaising with various internal departments as well as personal and business contacts. Assists with visa processing for all staffs and guests.
• Maintaining extensive filing system including legal company documents, personnel records, documents related with the previous and current company’s projects, etc.
• Maintained Data of HR & administration Department.
• Up kept and updated of official documents and files.
• Ensured effective communication and coordination with staff.
• Working independently and/or within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects
• Plan long and short-term maintenance needs including office stationeries, furniture and pantry supplies.
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services.
• Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Preside over disposal of unclaimed property.
• Implement renovation instructions of workspaces.
• Ensures that the facility is properly organized, maintained and secured. Reports any office defects to maintenance department.
• Assists the procurement department on acquiring supplier registration forms and with tender submission.
• Communicates with the suppliers regarding the status of the orders and deliveries.

Supervises both teaching and non-teaching personnel in his designated
branch assignment
- Check employees’ payroll
- Prepares the school calendar, load assignments of faculty members and
ensures proper scheduling of classes both for short courses and two year
courses.
- Monitors the performance of all personnel under the branch to make sure
everybody is performing their respective duties and functions.

-Attends regular weekly meetings with the head office.
- Presides over regular weekly meetings with the teaching and non-teaching
personnel.
- Plans and implements marketing program applicable to the branch.
- Conducts regular evaluation of teaching and non-teaching personnel.
- Performs such other functions as maybe prescribed by the Managing
Director.
- Inspect all campus facilities for proper services to students
