• Develop and execute recruiting plans through effective liaising with hiring managers.
•Prepares Job description, and lead the creation interviewing plan for the team.
•Ensure year recruitment targets are met at a record time.
•Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
•Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
•Administrative duties and record keeping.
•Ensure quality control through the entire recruitment process.
•Liaises with recruiter, and human resource professionals with respect to meeting business hiring needs.
•Manages flow of prospects, from attraction to selection.
•Manages interview scheduling and candidates logistics through the entire recruitment process.
•Facilitates candidate testing process.
•Manages candidates’ documentation process, and ensures quality throughout the exercise.
•Manages candidates application through the use of recruitment software tools such as Job street, Kenexa brass ring.
Reviewing of product quality control procedure, inspection and test plan, developing inspection checklist, methods statements in accordance with job specification.
Inspects and monitors control points established by the surveyor as per approved alignment sheet to ensure conformance.
Monitor, review and approved Quality Control Documentation progressively compiled during the project to ensure that all activities are recorded and reported as required. Support the Project Management Team and QA/QC Manager, and maintain daily reports and logs of activities.
