• Attend to the human needs of drug addicts, the homeless and those abandoned on
the streets.
• Offer counseling service to drug and alcohol addicts.
• Helping young people recover from life controlling problems and reach their full

• To help with the preparation, setting up, booking in of visitors on the Open days and
help at recruitment events.
• To assist the Schools & Colleges Liaison Officer at schools/college careers, higher
education events promoting the University courses.
• To carry out campus tours, guiding visitors and talking to potential students and
their parents at Open days.
• To deliver talks/presentations on student experience and higher education at Open
days, recruitment events and schools/colleges.s.
• To be available for press, media interviews, podcasts, films and photo shoots.
• To pro-actively promote the course, the School and the University at all
recruitment fairs.
• Handle agent’s problem calls and liaise with resolution department on escalated
queries.
• Training, coaching and mentoring call centre agents.
• Ensuring agents adherence to call centre schedule.
• Ensure all applications and equipment function properly on the helpdesks.
• Perform trend analysis and fault identification of subscriber queries.
