➢ Manage a team of recruiters with oversight of APAC focusing on MBA and Non-Tech hiring for interns and
postgraduates across core locations to strategize, execute hiring and engagement programs.
➢ Create innovative plans to develop year-round on-campus activities & events that facilitate brand awareness
and opportunities.
➢ Collaborate with HR/TA along with business to launch Leadership Development Programs and periodic
valuation of current programs.
➢ Develop operational plans and branding activities at target schools along with campus leads, to attract top
talent.
➢ Partner with business, HRBP, finance, and recruitment leads to educate campus strategy/program and
forecast demand to identify campuses for full time, 2- and 6-months interns and ad-hoc demands.
➢ Manage relationship with the business to ensure diverse representation at all key campus events.
➢ Develop, communicate, and implement university relations workshops, training and interview guides to
ensure that campus recruiters, presenters, interviewers at target schools have the necessary information and
skills needed to be effective.
