• Overseeing, monitoring and evaluating the Production process
• Ensuring cost-effective solutions for smooth Production process
• Supporting sales and estimation of EPDC business unit, mainly the Low and Medium voltage switchgear. (Preparation of quotation with estimation and getting the prequalification from the related electrical authorities)
• Supporting the design and project engineer team to achieve the technical requirements of the contractors.
• Dealing with the Electrical authorities (ADWEA, ADDC, AADC, DEWA, FEWA, SEWA…) for the different range material prequalification process and supporting the DANWAY material submittal while the technical evaluation is in process.
• Making sure that production stays on schedule, within budget and are of good quality
• Working out the human and material resources needed
• Implement process improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement processes
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Liaising among different departments to assure a positive work environment
• Developing and implementing the production to enhance productivity
• Manage department manpower and capacity planning. Partner with Human Resources on -recruitment (assessment and selection) for entry level openings and promotional opportunities - within the department.
• Working to implement the company's policies and goals
• Monitoring the production workers to ensure that they meet performance and health & safety guidelines are followed
• Reviewing, supervising and motivating a team of workers
