• Documenting the processes and making them easy to read, easy to follow
• Monitoring these processes and identifying gaps or improvements, and act on them
• Monitor the relationship between the processes and the performance of the team.
• Managing the softwares that are used within the operations department and making sure they are utilized best.
• Creating reports, building dashboards to serve the unit needs, as well as monitoring these reports and dashboards and performing analysis where needed.
• Managing one-off projects for the operations department.

• Define the process describing how to manage continuous improvement projects and improve the tool that was already in use within the supply chain team.
• Building a best-in-class model and standardize the follow up tool and process.
Note: The new tool was successfully and officially launched in two sites in France.
