• Documenting the processes and making them easy to read, easy to follow
• Monitoring these processes and identifying gaps or improvements, and act on them
• Monitor the relationship between the processes and the performance of the team.
• Managing the softwares that are used within the operations department and making sure they are utilized best.
• Creating reports, building dashboards to serve the unit needs, as well as monitoring these reports and dashboards and performing analysis where needed.
