Operations Manager•Partner
I was the Program Manager for an American company in Libya. Chokri was the Project Manager for STUDI who was the CM/CS for the Wadi al Hayat, Libya area. Chokri is very efficient and thoughtful as the PM. He consistently was checking with the client on his needs and then confirming that we knew what was happening. The project was very fluid and he was working at all hours to stay ahead of the changes, not many that could be anticipated. He is a great relationship builder with client and peers and demands from his workers; only their best work. When necessary, Chokri would counsel his workers. Chori often interfaced with the chinese contractor who sometimes was very difficult to work with, even through that, Chokri maintained his professionalism. It was an honor to work with him and hope to do so again.
