Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance In-Charge
Assign team member to inspect facilities periodically to determine
problems necessary maintenance
Coordinate and attend to various maintenance complaints Prepare
daily maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted
workloads
Create and submit daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports
Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work Establish
strategies to meet workload demands on time
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety
regulations Office Administrator/Secretary Manage phone calls and
correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Consolidate employee timesheets for payroll
Organize and store information in paper and digital form Liaise with
suppliers and contractors
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency
and main compliance with company policy Assist colleagues
