Gestion de projets stratégiques (Sécurisation des SIRH des pôles académiques concernés). Rattaché comme PMO à la DNE du ministère. 1.2 millions d’utilisateurs, 7 SI, plus de 5000 fichiers 4GL sensibles. Contexte DEVOPS/AGILE/SAFE à mixer avec Prince 2 (Waterfall).
Projet 1 : Industrialisation nationale des environnements de développement - Mise en œuvre de GIT/EDI (Gitlab, git gui, Eclipse Open) de manière adaptée aux habitudes de travail (repository principal distant vers les OPS (makefile…etc)) dans les rectorats. Environnement INFORMIX/4GL/C/SH/LINUX (fichiers 4GL vieillissants).
Projet 2 : Déploiement de la Rétro-documentation des fichiers sensibles 4GL. Les fichiers de production sont renseignés en interne par un automate « maison » outil en PERL et un processus à 6 phases. La problématique étant d’éviter des problèmes lors des tests de non régression.
Reprise des plans projet (« remis sur les rails »), de suivis des risques et des dérives, forte assistance psychologique au changement. Problématique de gestion des charges avec JIRA, de recrutement et de communication. Proposition de nouveaux package « tout en un ».
