Description: an automated system to log and monitor customer contracts that includes exposure to additional risks that exceed standard liability. The system is able to display RAF collection summary dashboard and system dashboard as well as ability for query reports.

Description: an online and offline system designed for Scpeco account in China to determine fleet workloads and utilization, fatigue management, cost allocation, and daily vehicle data. The system features monitoring of journey planning form by 30minutes interval, integration of HSE, web link to weather forecast and maps.

• As Programmer for DHL Supply Chain on Claims Database from December 2012 - May 2013
Description: it is a centralized system used in 21 countries across APMEA to log customer's claims and tracks expected due for settlement. Reports are custom made tailored to management needs such as claims above or below deductible, top 10 claims for amount taken into P&L and gross claims.

Job Description

• Prepare weekly consolidated sales report such as Claims by Week, Purpose of Visit, and Total No of Activities, Pie Sector, Pie Industry, and Total No of Company Visit for each salesman.
• Extracts raw data from Jeeves and Syteline from Microsoft Query and ODBC to prepare weekly report for Customer Service such as open and close service calls, service engineers allocation according to problem category and skills, statistics of calls attended by each service engineers and issues, service engineers performance and utilization, service engineers OT allocation, parts used in the service report, report on spindle failures - accident and manufacturing defect, report on parts shipment - warranty and non-warranty.

Provides a complete query and analysis functions against metadata and predefined queries. Distributes the query to the users for a self-service extraction.
