• Provide the required report for the Vice President - Engineering and Engineering Managers on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide forecast / planned for the delivery of ordered items.
• Convey knowledge of health and safety issues and other concerns related to work environment.
• Plan and manage internal and external service schedules such as Third-Party certification, Calibration, and License for operators.
• Direct correspondences by preparing and reviewing memos, minutes of meeting and emails.
• Responsible for monitoring the monthly KPI, documentation, reports and record keeping.
• Assisting internal and external audit for Safety, Hygiene, and Quality.
• Responsible in handling petty cash and invoices.
• Troubleshooting of faults that can be rectified through the monitoring system.
• Monitoring all the Plant room operations through operational system installed in Control Room, such as Bin Conveyor System, Monorail System, Waste Management System, Scada, BMS (Building Management System), etc.
• Track and log the status of operational system and coordinate with the concern facilities personnel.
• Coordinate scheduled Preventive Maintenance, Shutdown and Emergency operations with the concern departments.
• Evaluate inquiries and Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposals (RFP) from prospective customers to establish an initial understanding of the customers requirements.
• Communicate and organize a technical discussion with Clients and the internal team regarding the requirements.
• Prepare Technical and Financial Proposals against the RFPs specs, terms, and conditions.
• Work in partnership with the Technical and Finance Team for proposal discussion and finalization.
• Support the Sales Manager during the submission and bid evaluation process.
• Monitor progress and status of the submitted Proposals.
• Prepare technical presentation as requested by the customer.
• Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions and engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.
• Evaluated initial Parts Approval, 4M variations, and remarkable acceptance.
• Prepared limit samples, drawings, parts list, and standard of parts through technical notice and/or work instruction issuance.
• Monitored parts quality situation and coordinated with suppliers for countermeasures through quality meetings and audits.
• Provided quality documents such as technical notices, work instructions, and manufacturing drawings necessary for quality improvements.
• Perform parts cost down activities and costing.
• Conducted meetings with related sections and discussed countermeasures and improvements from the supplier.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Handled day-to-day running of the task, ensuring high levels of productivity and progression.
• Support on ADAS sensors product buy-off and testing before proceeding to mass production.
• Conducting flashing and re-flashing of a product software.
• Support engineering builds and prepares documents needed for shipments. Handled inventory tracking for engineering parts.
