• MIRSAL II - for passing of CARGO TRANSFER / BOND to be able to pull-out the container from the port and bill of entry / declaration of goods in custom thru online for IMPORT/EXPORT shipments.
• Checking for the storage free time of the container as per the discharged date from DUBAI TRADE (Container Enquiry).
• Calculation of the storage charges for the late collection of the cargo at the Warehouse as per the given storage Tariff.
• Greeting customers/clients politely and answering phone calls queries for Vessel Arrival (ETA), Cargo/shipment availability, Charges for shipment, and all related works for reception area.
