Provide local and remote desktop support for more than 500 workstations. Planned and managed the upgrade of more than 500 workstations to Windows Vista Ultimate and MS Office Suite 2007. Responsible for creating group policies to over 450 employees and corporate clients giving them limited access in using their workstations. Implemented web sense software on the network making sure that regular employee can’t browse unnecessary websites. Led the company-wide installation and configuration of commercial and proprietary applications. Responsible for taking escalation calls for clients who need immediate resolution. Provided technical support by troubleshooting services over the phone to Verizon DSL customers using Q & A and network service tests, phone function review, and account information. Helps new customer in setting up their DSL connection. It includes modem and router installation and Verizon proprietary software configuration. Assists customers in configuring their routers to sync with their modem for both PPPoE and DHCP connections. Conducts line tests to clients making sure that there is no connectivity lost and degradation of their broadband speed. Answers complaints and inquiries of more than 50 customers a day through phone or email. Responsible for manual activation of mobile phone services such as GPRS, MMS, VOICE MAIL call forwarding, call waiting, roaming. Responsible for taking escalation call for irate customers, addressing their concern and making follow up calls making sure that their complaint has been resolved. Conduct trainings to newly hired agents for new products, promos and services of the company making sure that they can answer all the inquiries of customers.
