In december 2009 I received a full time offer but for personal reasons I decided to leave for New York City.
I completed my academic process with excellent grades, top 15% of my class, and with Master’s degree experimental thesis, appreciated by the evaluating commission, which was a thorough quantitative economic analysis of firms listed on the Italian Stock Exchange to verify the relationship between performance and corporate governance. This thesis was a real accomplishment for me, I spent months working on it and eventually with analysis based on facts I demonstrated and create a new thesis in the Governance Field.
One of the most importance experience during my university period was the Echange Program at the University of Salamanca, the oldest university in Spain and one of most prestigious and ancient in Europe. This experience was really challenging since I studied economics subjects in another language and I got used with another type of environment. Moreover, I had the chance to take part of many team projects, and I appreciated this opportunity as I am a team player and I enjoy teamworking.
